For a playback or connection issue, include your iPhone/iPad model, iOS and LeyTV versions, vehicle/head-unit model if relevant, connection type, and steps that caused it. Review any connection report before sharing it.
Where are the channels?
LeyTV does not provide channels, IPTV subscriptions, or media accounts. Add sources you are authorized to use.
Vehicle video is unavailable
Support depends on your vehicle, iOS, and the connected display. Test visual controls only while safely parked. The in-app parked selection is your declaration; it does not measure vehicle motion or override system restrictions.
Purchases, cancellation, and refunds
Use Restore Purchases with the eligible Apple Account. Cancel recurring subscriptions in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions; deleting the app or buying lifetime access does not cancel renewal. Apple handles eligible refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Clearing LeyTV data
Remove sources to remove their dedicated credentials, and use the browser's clear-history/clear-website-data controls for browsing records. Keychain items can survive app deletion; remove sources and revoke server tokens before uninstalling. Apple and third-party accounts maintain their own records.

How do I restore my purchases?
In most of our games, you can find a "Restore Purchases" button in the Settings menu. Tap it to restore any non-consumable purchases you've made.
The game is crashing or freezing. What should I do?
Please try the following steps:
- Force close the app and restart it.
- Check if there is an update available in the App Store.
- Restart your device.
- If the issue persists, contact us with your device model and OS version.
How can I delete my data?
