1. Provider, agreement, and eligibility
These Terms govern LeyTV and the related LeyTV pages provided by Kerem Demirkol ("we", "us"). Contact: keremdemirkol@gmail.com. Read these Terms and the Privacy Policy before using LeyTV. Use is subject to these Terms to the extent an agreement can validly be formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the app; any available refund or cancellation rights remain unaffected.
You must meet the applicable local minimum age and be at least 13. If you are not legally an adult, use requires your parent or guardian's permission and supervision where required. Purchases require the authorization of the person responsible for the Apple Account/payment method.
2. What LeyTV provides
LeyTV is software for playing and organizing media sources you supply, opening websites, and using compatible broadcasting/display features. Supported source types may include M3U/M3U8, direct media links, compatible media servers, imported files, and local-network receivers. Availability depends on the app version, plan, device, iOS version, region, and connected equipment.
No content is included: we do not sell an IPTV service, supply channel credentials, host a television catalog, grant broadcast rights, or promise access to any named website or paid service. Buying Pro buys software access as described at purchase, not a subscription to a content provider. Streaming, browser playback, casting, and screen broadcasting are different features and do not have identical compatibility.
3. Vehicle use and safety
- Do not watch video, enter text, browse, or operate distracting controls while driving. Stop using these features before setting off. Do not place a phone or screen where it blocks visibility or vehicle controls.
- LeyTV's “vehicle parked / vehicle moving” selection is your declaration, not a sensor measurement, legal clearance, or safety certification. Never select “parked” when moving. Do not rely on LeyTV to detect speed, gear position, or whether viewing is lawful.
- Do not bypass Apple, iOS, CarPlay, vehicle, operating-system, or content-provider safety/access restrictions. Describing a viewer as a passenger does not authorize driver distraction or override a restriction.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your declaration, supervising use by passengers/minors, choosing a safe display arrangement, and following applicable law. Subject to mandatory law, consequences caused by your unsafe or unlawful use are your responsibility.
LeyTV is not a navigation, collision-warning, emergency, vehicle-control, or driver-assistance system. Nothing here removes duties or liability the law places on us, Apple, or another responsible party.
4. Your sources, content rights, and privacy duties
Only add, play, import, browse, transmit, or display content you are legally entitled to access and use in that way. You are responsible for necessary subscriptions, licenses, account permissions, consent, age restrictions, territorial restrictions, and any public-performance or redistribution rights. Paying LeyTV does not create those permissions.
Do not use LeyTV for copyright infringement, unlawful streams, unauthorized account sharing, illegal content, malware, harassment, or bypassing DRM, paywalls, authentication, geographic restrictions, or protective measures. A working URL or a technically possible screen capture is not evidence of permission. Follow each third-party service's terms.
You control the sources and websites you choose. We do not pre-screen or endorse them and cannot promise their legality, accuracy, availability, security, or suitability. Do not send us unauthorized content or credentials for troubleshooting. If you believe LeyTV-related material we control infringes a right, contact us with sufficient details; we cannot remove a source from an independently operated provider.
6. License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms and the applicable Apple license terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LeyTV on eligible Apple devices you own or control, with Family Sharing only where Apple and the purchased product permit. You do not acquire ownership of the app, branding, or third-party content.
Do not resell the app, commercially redistribute it without permission, defeat purchase verification or usage limits, interfere with its security, or copy/modify/reverse engineer it except where an applicable law or open-source license expressly permits. Do not use it to attack or probe other systems without authorization. Copyright notices and trademarks must be respected.
Third-party components retain their own licenses, including the applicable VLCKit/libVLC open-source terms available in the app's licenses section. These Terms do not reduce rights those licenses grant. Apple and other service names are their owners' trademarks. No affiliation or endorsement by a third-party media service is implied.
7. Free access and Pro plans
LeyTV may offer free access with usage/quality limits and optional Pro products. The actual features, limits, billing period, localized price, currency, taxes, and available offers shown in LeyTV and Apple's purchase sheet at the time of purchase control. Not every product or feature is available in every region.
- Weekly/monthly Pro: auto-renewable subscriptions for the period displayed by Apple.
- Individual lifetime Pro: a non-consumable, non-expiring Pro entitlement for LeyTV as offered at purchase, without recurring subscription billing. It is not automatically the Family product.
- Family lifetime Pro: a separate non-consumable purchase with Family Sharing where Apple makes the transaction eligible. It can cover an eligible Apple Family Sharing group, currently up to six people in total including the organizer, subject to Apple's setup, regions, accounts, and eligibility.
“Lifetime” describes a non-expiring purchase entitlement; it does not promise the lifetime of a person, perpetual availability of any website/server, support for every future device/OS, or free access to separately sold future products. We do not use that description to remove rights concerning functionality already purchased or statutory remedies if a paid service cannot be supplied.
8. Renewal, cancellation, restoration, and refunds
Apple processes payments through your Apple Account. Auto-renewable plans renew until canceled in Apple's subscription settings. Cancel before Apple's applicable renewal deadline; to avoid the next renewal, allow at least 24 hours before the period ends. An eligible trial/introductory offer, if Apple displays one, follows the price and renewal terms in that offer.
- Deleting LeyTV does not cancel a subscription. Manage it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple cancellation instructions.
- Buying an individual or Family lifetime product does not itself cancel an existing recurring subscription. Check and cancel unwanted renewal separately. Do not assume a credit, upgrade discount, or transfer unless Apple explicitly shows it.
- Use Restore Purchases with the eligible Apple Account. Family access can change when family membership or transaction eligibility changes.
- Request an eligible refund through Apple's refund service. Apple's process and applicable consumer/withdrawal rights apply; these Terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.
Cancellation normally prevents future renewal rather than immediately deleting the current paid period, subject to Apple's treatment of refunds/revocations and applicable law. Prices can change only through the required notice/consent process; a posted website change is not permission to charge you a new price.
9. Compatibility and availability
Vehicle video, browser interaction, broadcasting, formats, DRM-protected services, and audio depend on Apple permissions/APIs, the vehicle/head unit, the provider, network conditions, and software versions. A feature working in another app or vehicle is not a guarantee that it will work in every LeyTV configuration. Some protected content may display a blank picture or refuse playback.
Review the compatibility information and try available free functionality before buying. Do not treat a product name, icon, or general reference to CarPlay as a promise of universal compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, zero latency, or that third parties will keep a feature or integration available. This does not override specific promises made to you at purchase or applicable conformity/consumer rights.
10. Privacy and third-party services
Read the Privacy Policy for device storage, website cookies, server connections, Apple purchases, and optional reports. Only send us information you are entitled to share. You do not need to surrender statutory privacy rights to use LeyTV.
External websites, media providers, Apple, and network operators have their own terms and policies. You contract separately for their services. We are not responsible for their independent acts merely because you open them through LeyTV, except to the extent the law or our own conduct makes us responsible.
11. Warranties and limits of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeyTV is supplied on an “as available” basis without additional promises of uninterrupted, error-free, universally compatible, or particular-purpose performance. We do not warrant the accuracy or lawfulness of user-selected content, uninterrupted third-party websites/servers, or the results of ignoring safety/security instructions.
For claims that may lawfully be limited, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by your unlawful use, inaccurate vehicle declaration, unauthorized content, compromised credentials outside our control, unsupported modifications, or independently caused third-party outages. We do not exclude losses caused by our own breach where the law makes us responsible.
Consumer protections remain: nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death/personal injury where protected, defective digital products/services, or mandatory privacy and consumer rights. For consumers, any permitted limit must remain fair and lawful; this text does not remove remedies for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach where the law provides them.
For users acting wholly for business purposes, and only where legally enforceable, aggregate liability for claims arising from LeyTV is limited to the greater of the fees paid to us for LeyTV in the preceding 12 months or the fee paid for the lifetime entitlement concerned. This business limit does not apply to the non-excludable liabilities described above.
12. Responsibility for misuse
You are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for claims or direct losses caused by your knowing unlawful use, unauthorized distribution, infringement of another person's rights, or material breach of these Terms. Any legally permitted reimbursement obligation is limited to losses reasonably connected to your conduct and does not cover our own fault or obligations the law assigns to us. No unlawful or unfair consumer indemnity is imposed.
13. Updates, discontinuation, and ending use
You may stop using LeyTV at any time. Cancel subscriptions separately with Apple. We may release updates, fix vulnerabilities, change integrations, or restrict unlawful/unsafe functionality. Where a change materially affects paid functionality, required notice, conformity rights, and available remedies apply. We will not rely on a general “lifetime” qualification or unilateral-update clause to erase mandatory rights.
If LeyTV is discontinued, we will comply with applicable notice and consumer-remedy obligations. We do not promise that Apple or an independent provider will keep every service operating forever. App use that materially violates these Terms can end your contractual license to the extent lawful; this is not a claim that we maintain a remote account system or can erase your device data.
Updated Terms will carry a revised date. Material changes require any notice/acceptance mandated by law and do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
14. Apple license and dispute rights
Where no separate custom Apple-platform EULA has been supplied, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the App Store app license. These Terms supplement it concerning LeyTV services and use. Applicable Apple platform terms control where they must, and mandatory law prevails over both.
No provision requires a consumer to abandon legally available local courts, consumer arbitration committees, data-protection authorities, or other mandatory complaint routes. Disputes are subject to the law and jurisdiction applicable under mandatory consumer and conflict-of-law rules; no blanket class-action waiver or compulsory private arbitration is imposed. An invalid clause is limited or severed only as legally allowed, without invalidating the rest.

The English and Turkish versions are intended to express the same terms. Any discrepancy must be interpreted consistently with applicable law and mandatory consumer protections; a language-priority rule is not used to take away those protections.
